Deepened the contrast and cropped to show some of the details. I liked where this was going, but the legs look weird.
It's a female combat engineer in Wehrmacht garb. I used a history book I have on Axis uniforms and equipment as a guide on this one (although I added the armband for some reason). The overcoat/smock would have a camouflage pattern on it if this was markered.

Reminds me of the Pioneers from Company of Heroes. Love that game.
